An issue was discovered in the upgrade process for upgrades to Platform version 7.2.0 if you have performed SQL Server account rotation. If you have rotated your SQL account, the Apprenda Installer will attempt to connect to the Platform Core database with the wrong user credentials, and with upgrade will not succeed. The issue will be fixed in Platform version 8.0.0.
If you plan to perform an upgrade and have rotated your SQL accounts, please contact your support representative to learn more about resolving this issue before performing the upgrade.
